Please note that The Snowflake Classic organization will be picking up the
CDDSC membership cost for any new Ontario teacher or dancer who wishes to participate in
our competition. Please be sure to tick the right box on the entry form when
you register.
Registrations
The Snowflake Classic is open to any Canadian or American dancer who wishes to participate in our event.
Completed entry forms along with full payment must be received in order for any registrations to be accepted.
Methods of payment
We accept cash or personal or certified cheques only.
(please note that no personal cheques will be accepted after Nov. 1, 2009 - Cash or certified cheque)
There will be a $25.00 fee on any NSF cheques
We will be accepting cash only at the door for any additional registrations.
Refund Policy
50% refund will be issued on cancellations prior to Oct. 1, 2009
There are no refunds on cancellations after Oct. 1, 2009.
